Prayer and the Bible. I am constantly asking for God’s help and strength, as well as searching His Word for verses to inspire. This one is my favorite:

Romans 15:13 MSG “Oh! May the God of green hope fill you up with joy, fill you up with peace, so that your believing lives, filled with life-giving energy of the Holy Spirit, will brim over with hope!”

Myfitnesspal.com I love this app, it helps me track my daily calorie consumption and exercise, best of all it’s FREE.

Fitbit not gonna lie, this guy was a bit pricey (got mine as a birthday gift), but it is worth it. I wear mine from morning til bedtime and it tracks every movement. I am able to set goals and monitor how close I am each day.

One thing that I am doing to help myself continue moving forward is just eliminating the negative things from my life. What does that look like? For me its maybe reducing media time, reading more books, taking control of my fitness and eating habits, reducing sugar intake (sugar is dangerous to depression), reducing empty calories (soda and alcohol), reducing negative fats and carbs. Please note I said reduce, not remove. Just make a healthy choice is all I suggest.
